Solution: Web Gems add value to your web site without your having to know HTML or any other developer code. You can add guestbooks and counters to help track your site's visitors. Some let you add sound and video to give your site personality. Some Web Gems even help you make money from your web site. In the "old days of the web" you had to know complicated HTML to include these types of features in a web site. In SiteBuilder, just click the "Add Web Gem" icon in the toolbar and add a really great feature. The requirements for permission to use a Web Gem vary — some are free and some require membership.
