There are two ways to find Tips or FAQs:

You can view FAQs and Tips by category to find the exact topic you are looking for.

1. In the FAQ or Tips section, click the View by Category link at the top of the page.
2. A list of categorized FAQs or Tips displays, select a category and click its link.
3. For FAQs: a list of numbered FAQs display, each with a synopsis. Select the one you want and click it's link.
4. For Tips: all of the category's Tips display.

You can search for a specific FAQ or Tip by entering one or two keywords into the Keyword Search dialog box.

1. On the FAQ or Tips page, click the Search link at the top of the page.
2. Enter one or two words only on your topic in the Keyword Search dialog box.
   This search is based upon an exact word match, no wild cards or Boolean terms. Try another word if no FAQs display.
3. For FAQs: click Go, a list of numbered FAQs with brief descriptions display. Click the FAQ# link that you need.
4. For Tips: click Go, a list of tips display.
